Position Objective

The University and Career Counsellor fosters an engaging, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment aligned with the Cambridge International Curriculum and the Cambridge Learner Attributes — developing students who are confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged learners.

The University and Career Counsellor supports students in developing self-awareness, academic direction, and future readiness by providing personalized university, career, and life-path counseling. The counsellor plays a vital role in preparing students for success in global university applications, while fostering the Cambridge Learner Attributes — helping students become confident, responsible, reflective, innovative, and engaged lifelong learners.
