A - Level Overview

At UIA International School of Tokyo, we introduce our Grade 11 students to the Cambridge International AS & A Level Qualification.
A Level is typically a two-year course and prepares our students for university study. Universities worldwide value and recognise Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications. Please note that subjects offered are taught depending on number of interested students.

A Level Assessment Options

UIA offers flexible assessment pathways for Cambridge International AS & A Level qualifications. Students may follow a staged assessment route, completing AS Level examinations at the end of Grade 11 and the full A Level at the end of Grade 12, or choose to take all A Level examinations in a single session at the end of Grade 12. The staged route is recommended to support progressive learning and strong academic outcomes.
