Purpose of the UIA House System

The UIA House System is designed to give students from Early Years all the way to Grade 12 and teachers a time and a space to interact with one another across divisions. The House System aims to help students, teachers, and staff promote inclusivity, celebrate diversity, gain a sense of pride, spirit, and unity with their housemates as well as developing leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
Within their houses, students will be able to participate in a variety of activities including competitions, volunteer-work, and team-building events that will allow them to become a closer and more tightly-knit community.
